Leadership = Influence

Some of the material that I review here will be taken from these books. Jackie Lewis used them as a reference while speaking, so I, too will be using them as a reference for this review.

A Leader is a person of/who:
Integrity
Nurtures
Faith
Listens
Understands
Enlarges
Navigates
Cares
E

Two of the most important of these are (1) Integrity, and (2) Nurtures

(1) A Leader and person of Influence has Integrity. Integrity = Character
Someone can learn your reputation within 1 hour, but your character in 1 year.
Don't worry about your reputation, focus on your character, and your reputation will take care of itself.

(2) A Nurturer gives trust and friendship to those s/he leads.
